Indiana United Methodist Children’s Home utilizes the Teaching Family Model program. We are currently hiring for the following:
We are seeking a Full-time Family Teacher to join our team in enriching the quality of life for children and families utilizing the Teaching Family Model.
Hourly Rate: $23.00/hour. Shifts for this position will be (2) 16-hr shifts (on weekends 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.) + (1) 8-hr shift (on one weekday, either 7a-3p or 3p-11p). You must be available 3 weekends/month.
Benefits: Medical (Traditional or HDHP), employer-paid dental, vision and life insurance. 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 8%. Paid holidays, personal days and vacation days.
Full Time position with full benefits and flexible work locations. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and communication for three non-profit ministries. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. They will be expected to:
Time will be split evenly between the Indiana United Methodist Children’s Home Foundation and the United Methodist Foundation of Indiana and IN Loan & Savings Ministry, two related ministries. Some in-person time will be required at both office locations.
